Wat exactly does "this turf is out of commesion" mean?

It's like putting a player in the er. All of IRS health is destroyed and it needs to heal before it can be attacked again or starts earning money again.

The protection Mystery refers to is from the Don. The Don will protect almost all players under level 15 from bigger players. From levels 16-25, the Don will protect you if the player attacking is significantly stronger than you or above level 40.

alright, so that means so long i am under level 15, no matter how many turfs, mobs etc i have, i am unbeatable so to speak, is that right ?

Maybe. Nobody has stayed under level 15 to get that strong. And the Don won't protect you against other players under level 15.

I actually posted all the downsides of, and why he wouldn't be able to, stay under level 15.
But then I deleted. I figured he'd find out soon enough on his own.
