Wrong answer Tom. The attacker would win regardless of which weapon he had.

This is assuming no armor is involved.

I answered the question as it was posed.

But let's assume there is armor involved.

If the miniguns attack, the RPG defender will win.

If the RPGs attack, the miniguns defender will win.
