Lots of dead spots when trying to hop in Germany, any tips? Road 101 not working.

I've hopped to Poland from Berlin a few hours for nothing lol , add swagger must be the king of hop he has lines of turf everywhere

I hopped from Berlin to Amsterdam in like 2 weeks and didn't use a single map, piece of cake.
