Lower lvl rampage

I placed a majority of my lvl pts into energy thinking that I'd be safe considering the few players in my area (low lvl too) would not be an issue. Now one them is soiling may butt, relentlessly. Is it too late to be build up defense and attack lvls high enough to defend my myself?

Don't worry about using your points for attack and defense hush build up your mob and get wepons and armor to back them up
