A big part is the influence of the turf. It costs me $50 (that's 50 dollars, NOT 50k) each time I "hit the button" to heal a 1 inf turf.

I think he may have meant healing himself, not turf.

If that's the case, its your total inf. The more inf you have the more it costs to heal yourself after/during a fight.
