Cost of healing

I am noticing that the cost of healing at the emergency room
is rising, it used to be 999 now it is 2400. Is this related to my level or does it relate to the number of times you used heal in the past? Ie does it get more expensive the more you use it or the more you level up? Thanks

It's related to you influence I'm paying 120 000 for each heal
