Sometimes I didnt get exp. Whats the reason why and how can i get exp form fight?

Fight sum1 close to your level
close to your mob size
and close to your area

all these effect the amount of xp
between 0-6 available per fight

But if you attack someone more than 8-10 times over a 36 hour period you stop getting exp an money.
