Curious about how weapons work. If someone with no weapons or crap weapons joins can they use my excess weapons? Do all players fully contribute such that enough poorly armed players with 500 mob can take down a well armed player with 10,000 mob assuming everyone is within range and has stamina and health?

You do not share weapons. Each member uses whatever they have.

In order to beat a 10k mobbed player, the vendetta's collective stats will need to be enough to get the wins.

You can only have 4 people joined in the vendetta. So 4 people with 500 mob each would total 2000 mob
