Been playing to long?
Got a day job and just cant keep up?
Well here is how to retire!
First off, do not tell anyone, unless you really trust them, that you are retiring. It can and will make you a potential target.
Second, arm your mob to the bone with defensive weaponry such as Lapuas and Body Armors.
Third, arm your turf the bone with defensive weaponry such as barred windows, guards, security cameras, and machine gun nests.
Fourth, if you cant afford this, then you arent ready to retire.

Third point-worst advice ever.

You give terrible advice. Your other thread "answers to blah blah" isn't much better. If noobs want actual advice go read the sticky frequently asked questions at the top of the help section.
And what would you know about retiring your character? Lvl 60 with 2k mob. If you retired with your own advice you would come back to an unplayable account.
Here's why.
I'm pretty sure almost every thread I've seen where people retire they sell most or all upkeep weapons/armor so that if they come back they don't end up being in the negative for cash. And defensive turf upgrades are the worst idea ever. They do next to nothing for a ton of upkeep. -
There are several ways to retire properly. Option one is as stated above. Sell all upkeep weapons and buy the best non upkeep weapons.
If you have a lot of cash already a good option is to freeze your income by banking and tearing down all turf. Thatll make it impossible for anyone to lower your bankroll.
Another option is to drop to 24 or less 1inf turf. At that # you will be impossible to cap.

I agree. With all that upkeep (plus when police protection runs out) you'll be so deep in dept you'll just end up quitting
