Only way to increase your income is more turf.

Sell the ak-47s and the body armor. You are paying upkeep on them and you don't have enough of them to stop a fly from attacking you. Buy Kevlar and galesi for every mob member you have. And then just be patient. Or mob up and take other peoples turf.

⬆ don't forget grenades. Grenades still hold the most non upkeep attack power

Also cover someones turfs with one of your own. It'll increase your income depending on how big the turf is (make sure it doesn't have the same amount of inf then your turf and definately don't try it on a turf that's bigger than yours)
