I have a few turfs, two of them have 84 influence and make 9.5k an hour. Then another two turfs that have 35 influence but make 15.1k. I don't get it they are all in the same general .7 mile area but the income diferance is huge.

Is there anyone else in the area? Turf makes more when there are other players nearby.
