I have around 20-25 turfs around my area where I claimed my first few turfs. Would it be smart to try and take them all, or leave some so my income is increased?

If u take too many all the income for the town drops. I learned that the hard way... I think u need to leave 30% of the players turfs. Say the players has 10 only take 6....
