I'm right by a capo and he's too low of a level for me to attack so is there anyway I can become the capo?! It's only me and him. Level 3 vs. Level 42.

Build more turf than he has in the area...you need more influence than him and you will take capo status.

Try carbombing his turf it destroys upgrades=less influence

I think he's hacking b/c I'm less than a mile away from him and it says he's not the capo. But when I click on his turf it says he is. I know where it's supposed to say "local capo:..." and he has 2 turf an only 2 turf that are capos. In the same region

The map has changed where it declares areas as capo since the game first came out. So some capos have been removed and the areas have been added as bigger cities.
