Ok so I just logged in to check my status and all my bloody turf is at ZERO! All inf gone ! WTF! How can this happen!!!!!!!!!! Wot can I do? I didn't reset at all

I still have all my turfs but some old player who appears dormant for about 10 weeks in my area has just taken capo of my area with only 20 influence against my 2K+
