i just learned that 1 inf turfs can now be capped. when did this happen and why? i can't see any justification for this rule being repealed.

why wouldnt they be able to? they're just like any other rule. Its still extemely difficult to cap one as you must be VERY close.

The old rule made it easy for a big player to cap someone else and the reduce the turf to 1 inf and hide.

1 player used this tactic so effectively he became virtually unbeatable, forcing the rule to be changed.

You have to have a pretty high turf count for your 1inf to be capped.

Smaller players are still fairly safe.
