So I got tired of fighting the people in my fight list and they were kinda getting pissed too SOO
I started going through top mobsters per city finding mobsters that I could fight and that would give me xp as well. This seems to be working great as I'm getting 3-5 xp per fight. I attack one guy 5-6 times then move to the next one.

Just remember to pick someone close to or lower then your mob.

Cracking idea. Based on a similar mob size this works really well. Makes a change from the same old names on the fight list.
