If I somehow lose a capo to someone with less than me
how do I get it back???

You can't lose capo to someone less than you. If you lose capo it is because they surpassed you in influence in that area. Surpass them in influence and you get it back.

Keep in mind: Capo is not based on overall total influence. It is based on the influence you have in each area.
