I am the capo of Kansas City,KA and I think might have pissed off El Chapo and he is getting some ramdom people to send me shoes and heads. What should I do

Mob won't help against shoes and heads. But you should still continue mobbing.

Attack the people that are sending you these items. Encourage them to send more. Don't bother with points for refills.

If you get hit with a horse head, wait till you have 3-4 stam than attack the sender. Same with shoes. heal and attack the sender. Eventually they will run out, and then you can cap their asses.

And when they are not sending the items. attack and level their turf. Cost them money. Hurt their income.
