Capo question

I just started playing TW about a week ago. I was quickly introduced to my local capo, as he added me into his mob right away. Well ive mobbed up to about 400, influence 100 and level 13. I just found out today, i was Capo of my hometown(without taking over anyones turf) as i would only fight others my size. 15 min later in my new Capo title the former Capo attacks me and is suddenly the capo again. Weird because in my messages it says he LOST when he attacked me. So now what should i do, i have low level weapons and a much smaller mob than this Capo dude. Suggestions?

Tony is level 13 he can't lose..... And Tony capos are based on influence in that town and people consider them trophies. the only thing u can do is punch codes and mob up

he lost because the Don protects players under level 15 from significantly bigger players.

If he attacked a turf it would lower the inf but only temporary
