How does this work? Must a members turf b within capture range or does it matter?

Basically...if the player has been targeted (not just the Vendetta being open) for at least 24 hours, and if you can capture their turf under normal non-Vendetta terms, then the turf will be destroyed instead of being captured.

See the help thread makes it sound like they can destroy any turfs in1000 miles. Well that is good news for me

ive already been the top in the cartel. Even with the devs hatin on me y would i go back??
