What are henchmen

Henchmen are in effect mobsters but the only way you can get them is to buy them using respect points. Respect points must be purchased from The Don using real money. Henchmen do not count toward total mob when determining the mobsters with the most mob members in the Top Mobsters rankings. (breath)
