How do I make large amounts if you are a level 15 with 7 turfs.

Capture other turfs and tear them down for money, otherwise you are too low level to make much income, build more

Streamline your turf also - like if you don't need graffiti or collectors to give your turf that extra centimeter to collect protection $ from another mob then get rid of it cuz it costs more in upkeep than gets you paid

You sure about that? I thought graff and collectors had no upkeep costs and simple upped your turf's influence?

Dozens - since Graf and collectors just got changed on Monday (fixed you might say) then yes this isn't true anymore but it was true before they changed it :)
