Ok on most of the games there is an unwritten "code" if you will, that there is a three hit limit, after that, you pummel/bounty/war whatever the case, depending on the game. Is there such a thing here? I personally have always followed that, exception being if you're on the "bounty" list (AS, storm8)

There is an actual rule in place that after attacking a person 8 times within 36 hours the benefits start to dwindle and by about the tenth attack you get no money or XP.

So 3-4 attacks a day would keep you with the payout range.

Can this stop you from winning if you do it enough. Someone captured one of my turfs, he keeps trying to take a second while I keep trying to retake the first, but the defending side keeps winning. Any ideas?

looks like it could from what chainsawcharlie said, might affect win/lose too
is his mob way bigger? that would make a big difference

As far as I know there is no capture limit. Just the $$$ and XP go to zero even with a win. You could still attack 100 times if you have the stamina.
