Dear sir could you please let me know if a mob has to be equiped with both a weapon AND an armor to be accounted in combats? Or one weapon or armor is enough to engage combat ?

Both weapon & armor are needed per mobster

You could get away with just a weapon or an armor. The mob will still use what you have. One weapon and one armor is ideal howeveR

A mobster uses one armor and one weapon when fighting; however, when you are attacked you would use galesi to defend. If you attacked back you would use grenades. This would be if you are armed with one grenade, galesi, and Kevlar for each mobster.

@ Mackens currently you don't have enough weapons to make the most of your mob. You might be better served with some weapons with less upkeep.
