Its a turf upgrade. It adds to your total influence, you find it in the market under turf upgrades

I would only use equip it to a Turf if you want some protection money and if no one can cap you.

Yea their def considered trophys so should be careful where u use them

you go to 'your turf' where a list of your turfs is there. click into the turf you want to equip the centre. you will then see a page where you can buy/ list out your existing upgrades. scroll down and you will see the option of equip/unequip for your centre if you have one ready for use.

I think u need to be at least level 25 to use them, not sure though
