Say I have 200k. I would have thought it would be betweeen 2 miniguns or 10 ak-47's, but there's also the option of 1rpg or 20 grenades... Which is the best option and why?

Also consider your mob size and waepon upkeep costs vs income.

And remember-IOU can only use one weapon per mob member.

It depends on your mob size. The rule is, each member of your mob can carry one piece of weapon and one piece of armor. Let say you have 100 member in your mob, having 5 miniguns vs 100 granades is an obvious choice. Look at how much damage/defense each weapon provides then look at which is the most beneficil to stack up on.

Here's a hypothetical example(not real numbers)

1,000 in mob, spending $600,000:
buying 1,000 (1 attack each) shanks = 1000 attack points
buying 15 tanks (50 dmg each) = 750 attack points
