The best mission is purse snatching. Even though in gives a tiny amount of money, purse snatching gives the most xp. Say you have 50 energy. Purse snatching repeatedly will give 75 xp.
50 divided by 2 times 3=75 xp
The other missions combined will give about 60, even though they give much more money. Purse snatching repeatedly is better for leveling up, but other missions are better for quick cash.

Ransom gives the same xp as purchase snatching, but also gives you a lot more money.

Yeah. It has been discussed. Glad you noticed.

I actually do not enjoy leveling up. I have noticed that after gaining all the missions there is not much of a point to do so.

Yes but you can do purse snatching many more times

You're still going to get the same energy to XP ratio: 2:1.

Suppose you have 80 energy.

That's 40 purse snatchings for 120 xp and 40k MAX possible cash, or
that's 10 Ransoms for the same 120 xp, but MIN 100K Cash possible, MAX 140K.

More money, less xp.

You can't be caught at purse snatching. So more xp. You can't make anywhere near the money, though.

Your choice: xp or cash with next best xp.

I get busted roughly once in every 20 ransoms if I don't have the cops paid off with points.

And for those that do pay off the cops with points, you don't busted at all, on any mission.

So there is that to consider as well.

This is a huge "depends on what you're going for" kind of thing. There are different "best missions" for money, xp, loot (and within that, type of loot). I like burglary and crack a bank safe the best. I don't care much about xp, as it doesn't do a darn thing for you (if you're already over lvl 40). Weapons and other loot on the other hand do a great deal.
