I am constantly looseing money due to upkeep. How do I fix this? Currently I am 3m broke

Do you have defensive upgrades on your turf? They cost a lot and really aren't worth it. If you have them, sell them...

If DaBagBoy is collecting protection money from you, send him a nice PM asking him to move his turf. With your mob/weapons, you don't have many choices. You may want to reset and start over.
