I'm close to being a state capo I think I am wondering
1 What are the requirements

2 What are the risks (would I be a bigger target?

3 Who are the other state capo's

There is no benefit to being a state capo - just the brag that goes with the title. Ya still pay police protection in cities you aren't capo in even if you state capo

WTF ever guitarman.. I've never attacked u:-). I found a random spot that says my turf is in cali so I am now capo. There are prolly other spots too
