Why does a turf pay upkeep and how do I get rid of the upkeep?
I am not sure if it is important but this is the first turf I have taken and it is the only turf I have paying upkeep.

It probably has defensive upgrades. Sell them

I don't buy them so I did not think of them at the bottom of the upgrade section.

Sell defence upgrades they dont do anything but waste alot of money hope this helps
