Why stamina?

Why add points to sta when starting? I can loot like crazy, horde rare weapons, and protect the cash I haven't put in bank by laying off sta points....whats the point?

If you get targeted and you have little stamina, you are screwed.

You use stamina to attack other players and their turf.
