Police protection?

I have bought police protection in the missions section. However my turf are still being taxed by the cops. When I try and buy it from the turf section it takes me to the don. I do not have enough respect points to buy it. Is there a way to buy it using money instead?

I takes a little while for it to kick in. About 10-15 minutes.

Yeah I just lvld and they are taxing me circa 43k. I had respect pints from lvling not used and purchased police protection for a week. Still getting taxed though.

Does this police tax kick in after a certain lvl?

I have paid for police protection 24 hours ago and 12 hours ago a dam still getting slammed 100k an hour what's up with this?
