If you max out at your turf limit, then take over someone elses turf to put yourself at +1, will you be able to move any of your turf, or will you not be able to rebuild? I'm worried that I might be able to max out in Tucson without being close enough to anyone to continue growing via conquest.

If you're at your limit, and you capture a turf, then you tear one down you WON'T be able to rebuild one.
