You see these guys with hundreds of turfs… how do they do it?
Do they just have a really high cap because of their level, or is there a way to go over the cap?

You can go over your turf limit by capturing other turf. There’s no max on how many turf you can capture (aside from daily limits). Either that or spend hundreds on Don Points to increase your turf limit
