Title says it all. I’m confused how to tax someone else’s turf. I see so many turfs at 86inf around me —how can I get protection money from them if my turf will be the same influence? Also do I have to place the turf a certain way to tax the other person?

You need to run missions and collect loot for your turfs. Increase the influence of your turf greater than the one you want to tax and have your turf cover at least 50% of competing turf.

you can temporarily decrease the inf of a turf by attacking it. it will take damage even if you lose. but this will heal itself

or you can "permanently" decrease its inf by using a car bomb on it. this is only permanent as long as its owner does not heal it and redo the upgrades that you destroyed.
