Cannot authenticate on new phone

Hi
I’ve recently upgraded my phone and tried to login but it says cannot authenticate player? It’s definitely my username but can’t find any help on this?

I have sorted this issue👍 I went into my settings originally to set an email up but it wouldn’t update so I changes my password then tried my new password on my new device and it worked 👍
