Can anyone give advise on how to be Capo.

The player with the most influence in an area becomes Capo. Use the top mobster list to find out how much influence they have there and then build higher, capo passes to you.

If you go somewhere with players that just plopped an 64 or 84 plop more down to take a easy capo title. Easy way to build a capo status.
