Being a capo gives police protection. And for another area I payd for police protection.
But I still get busted...

Is the only option to buy the global protection from Don or it doesn't work that way at all?

Through the done you get full protection compared to paying money which Is limited.
Best way Is through the consiglieri loot. You use It through your profile’s use Item tab.
