If I have 100 mob members and 1000 guns? Does it help? Or do they only use 100 weapons in war?

You can arm each mob member with 1 weapon, 1 melee and 1 armor

No it makes no difference. 100 mob can only carry 100 guns. However if you carry more weapons your mob can grow into them. Just don’t carry much more upkeep weapons till you can afford it. Ideally anyone under 2700 mob should just be using the non upkeep weapons anyway.
