How do all the big guys have at least 3000 mob members? All the people around my area were 15 and now I’m stuck with nobody. All the invite codes people send don’t work when I search them up and then my 10 a day limit goes away. Do I just need to really keep on exploring around cities and whenever I’m in a new area just send invite codes or something? And how does hiring henchmen work? What do they do?

Same here. I need help getting mob members. I've spent hours typing in codes and the return is not worth the time invested.

Sorry guys it seems like you're doing this wrong - you don't search the codes - there's a section called "invite mobsters" use that tab for the codes on the invite forum.

Start with the ones in the forum and then move onto the ones on the website listed in the forum.

I would also recommend reading the help forum threads about how to get started, arm your mob - as well as reading more in the "get help" tab in the main screen.

To answer your questions though - they punched 300+ codes into the invite section and they got accepted.

Henchmen are essentially fake mob - you can have 2 hench for every real mob member. So if you had 1000 real players in your mob you could have 2000 extra henchmen.
