Dude, Capo's like... the big cheese of the city, y'know? Most turf, biggest name, all that. To get there, gotta snag spots, make 'em all strong, maybe mess with other players, find some chill buddies to back you up. Takes forever, man, but hey, someone's gotta rule this place, right?
