Emergency room question

I am n the emergency room. Went to the don and spent 3 respect points to restore all health ect. I still can't fight cause it says I'm still in the er... How come?

Maybe somebody put you right back in the ER but I def wouldnt use points to restore health. Just spend the ingame cash to the Dr or wait. I think points are best spent on increasing your turf limit in the long run.

My health and stamina are at 100% and when I click on fight it says the doc can't do anything for me...no option to pay to improve health?
