Hi all i have an old account i want to log in to but cant find a way to log out of this one and get back in to my old account

What can i do, i have uninstalled the app and cleared data and cashe etc

Contact support. Blue feedback button top left of home page. Give them as much info as you possibly can. Including device types and numbers if possible. Then above all else be patient, this process could take weeks.
