If I have 10 turfs spread at their max distance it earns say 24k if I clustered would I earn more or does it require multiple peoples turf in the same area to increase the income

It takes up to 10 people in the area to max an income for a turf

Can claim turfs covering other people as well, if yours has more influence than there's you'll start collecting rent. The highest Turf i have makes about $250k an hr

This is called taxing and it is not advisable to do it to an active player
