How long does it take for support to get back to you?

I'm tryna log out of my new account and use my old one which I've just remembered the details for. It said it can take up to 48 hours to get in touch and sort it. It's alot longer than 48 hours 😅 has anyone else has experience with contacting support, how long was you waiting for?

I tried contacting support for something once. Pretty sure it took about 4 days.

Thank you. That's not too bad then. It will be 4 days for me in a few hours. As long as I'm not waiting weeks I don't mind. Can't wait to get back playing it on my old Acc
