Best mission for turf upgrades?

I’ve been doing Crack the Bank safe for about a week or 2, but haven’t gotten any turf upgrades. Is there certain missions that may give a higher chance?

Yeah, keep running CBS. It’s your best chance for loot. Put skill points towards energy. Strive to get at least 100. Max it first (IMO). Looking at your profile, unless your fighting a lot, I’d move your health skill to Energy at the next opportunity for a rebalance.

Oh and always make sure that your police protection is paid up. Pay attention to what it says in the “Police Relations” area. I have noticed that it fluctuates. Best success is under cordial with a consigliere equipped.
