If you delete a turf with loot on it does the loot just get sold or put back into your inventory? I've always just unequipped it just in case it gets sold but I really don't know

I usually un-equip before destroying my turf with loot I also don’t want to test the waters just go to turf upgrades un equip and destroy

Everything that is equipped is sold when the turf is torn down.

Its even tells you when selling/destroying turf…. Whats the point of destroying turf
