Temp Codes Tip?

I recently started using temp Codes and thought that i was supposed to punch them in as seperate 3 digits. For example, the temp code is -157-065. I thought i put 157 punch in and then 065, punch in, it turns out i was doing it wrong? But it still added players! So then each 6 digit temp code can then be used to add two additional members?! I mean I've tried it and it works, i dunno if it was designed that way and maybe I'm just dumb and discovered this but i haven't seen anyone else mention this. Please help me! I'm dying to know of this is a hack or a glitch or i dunno if this is by design, maybe my monkey brain is going crazy.

What you are doing is punching regular codes. Some players have changed their default codes to 3 digit numbers. For temp codes, you need to type in all 6 numbers and the 2 dashes.

Ah, but, is still a valid short cut then right? I mean, so far, it's worked for every 6 digit code it's taking the 3 other digits. Like you can try this for yourself 9 out of 10 times, if not, every time I type in the 6 digit temp, if i type in those 3 digits seperately it's a full on another code, like it's another player. I'm not sure if your understanding what I'm asking

Yeah people have their codes as 01, 02, 03, up to the thousands probably. Same with letters aa, ab, ac, etc.
no promise they’re active though but can’t hurt, you’re still probably better off punching on mob codes with “date added” set to most recent

It doesn’t show up with any codes. I’m confused on how punching codes works and I don’t know where I enter them either. Pls help

There are thousands of random combinations you can find on your keyboard. Trust me, I’ve punched em all.
