Tear down captured turf?

Hi guys. If I am above my turf limit due to taking other peoples turf. Am I able to tear down this turf and rebuild I'm a different area or would the don not allow me to build as I am above my limit. Does that make sense?

Yes if you're over your limit you can tear down captured turf. Just be sure to remove any union bosses first and don't tear down historical turf!!

I think what he's asking is if he tears down, can he rebuild it while being above his limit.

The answer to that is no, you cannot build any of your own turfs at all until you limit allows you. Doesn't matter if you tear down your own or captured.
