Does the cost to heal from the emergency room ever go down? I've read that, for example, the number of respect points needed to increase the turf limit drops back to 12 over time. Is the ER similar? I have all 300 health points, but I like to do lots of attacks for money, and the ER has gotten expensive really fast.

Pretty sure it is a percentage of your income.

Cost to heal is based on how much total influence you have. Another fun fact:
The more turf limit you have(buy also for those who spend real money) ,the more it costs to plant turf on the map. Some players pay about 1Billion per turf when they have 10k turf limit and build in dense places
